EVALUASI PENERAPAN KESEHATAN DAN KESELAMATAN KERJA (K3) PADA PERBAIKAN DOCKING KAPAL MT.SC STEPHANIE XVIII DITINJAU DARI UNDANG-UNDANG NO 1 TAHUN 1970

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a very important aspect in every industrial activity, including the shipping industry. Good K3 implementation not only protects workers from the risk of accidents and work-related diseases, but also increases company efficiency and productivity. In the context of ship repair or docking, the implementation of K3 becomes even more crucial considering the high risks involved. There is also the aim of the title Assessing K3 Compliance: Assessing whether the K3 requirements according to Law No. 1 of 1970 have been fulfilled in docking repairs of the MT.SC Stephanie XVIII ship. Evaluation of K3 Implementation: Evaluate the implementation of K3 requirements according to Law No. 1 of 1970 in docking repairs of the MT.SC Stephanie XVIII ship. Comparison of K3 Implementation: Comparing the application of K3 requirements in docking repairs of the MT.SC Stephanie XVII ship based on Law No. 1 of 1970. The quantitative method used is a method of collecting, interpreting and displaying data using numbers, tables, graphs, pictures or other displays to strengthen the position of the data being analyzed. The research results showed that of the 18 Occupational Health and Safety (K3) requirements that were evaluated during docking repairs of the MT.SC Stephanie Overall, the success rate for implementing K3 requirements reached 69.34%, while 30.66% of the requirements were still not implemented. This indicates that although most of the K3 requirements have been fulfilled, there are still many aspects that require improvement in the implementation of K3 during the ship repair process.
