This study aims to examine the influence of nozzle height in the Plasma Arc Cutting (PAC) process on the final dimensions and surface roughness of the workpiece. Plasma Arc Cutting is a cutting method that uses a plasma arc to cut various types of materials, and it is popular in the manufacturing industry. The nozzle height, which is the distance between the plasma nozzle and the workpiece surface, is believed to affect the cutting quality. This research evaluates changes in the cut dimensions and surface roughness of the workpiece at different nozzle height variations, as well as providing an overview of the relationship between these parameters and the cutting results.
