Pengaruh Lingkungan Internal dan Lingkungan Eksternal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pasific Tuna Mandiri

This study aims to determine the influence of the internal and external environments on employee performance at PT. Pasific Tuna Mandiri. The study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. The population in this study was all 100 employees of PT. Pasific Tuna Mandiri, with a sample of 50 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted using a Likert-scale questionnaire, while data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that the internal environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The external environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the internal and external environments have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pasific Tuna Mandiri. This study concludes that a conducive work environment and the company's ability to adapt to the external environment play a crucial role in improving employee performance.
