This study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing on employee performance at PT Citra Tani Sukses. The research employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive verification design. The population consists of 112 employees in the marketing division, and purposive sampling was applied to obtain 44 respondents who met the research criteria. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results indicate that internal communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, teamwork and knowledge sharing do not show a significant partial effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously, internal communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that internal communication plays a dominant role in enhancing employee performance, while the effectiveness of teamwork and knowledge sharing depends on job characteristics and organizational systems. This study provides practical insights for management in formulating strategies to improve employee performance through strengthened internal communication and integrated human resource management practices.
