Pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Empat Perdana Carton

Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Empat Perdana Carton. The method used was a quantitative approach with a causal associative method. The population consisted of 41 employees using a saturated sampling technique, so the entire population was used as respondents. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS.Results: The results showed that work-life balance and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 0.900 indicated that both variables were able to explain 90% of the variation in employee performance.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that improving employee performance can be achieved through proper work-life balance management and increasing employee self-efficacy.Contribution: This study is expected to provide input for companies in designing human resource policies and enrich the study of human resource management related to psychological factors and work-life balance in improving employee performance.
