Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Beban Kerja (Workload) dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penata Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Dompu

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, workload, and self-efficacy on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (PUPR) of Dompu Regency. The research method employed was a quantitative approach, with data collected via a questionnaire distributed to 83 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using instrument validation (validity and reliability), classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing via t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that, individually, organizational culture, workload, and self-efficacy significantly influence employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also significantly influence employee performance with a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.461 indicates that 46.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. These findings suggest that employee performance can be improved by strengthening organizational culture, effectively managing workload, and enhancing employee self-efficacy. This study offers practical implications for human resource management in the public sector, particularly within technical agencies such as the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency (Dinas PUPR).
