Analisis Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Pemerintah Desa Surulangun Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

This study aims to determine the efforts that have been made in developing human resources (HR) in the Surulangun Village Government, North Musi Rawas Regency and identify various obstacles faced in the process of developing human resources in the Surulangun Village Government, North Musi Rawas Regency. As well as formulating appropriate solutions to overcome various obstacles faced in the process of developing human resources (HR) in the Surulangun Village Government, North Musi Rawas Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants of this study include the Village Head, Village Secretary, Head of Government Section, Head of Service Section, Head of Welfare Section, Hamlet Head, Community Leaders and Youth of Surulangun Village. The results of this study indicate that efforts to develop human resources of village officials in the Surulangun Village Government have been implemented through increasing the knowledge, abilities, and skills of village officials. However, there are major obstacles in the development of village apparatus human resources in the Surulangun Village Government, including weak long-term capacity development planning, differences in work experience of village apparatus, limited adaptation to digital technology and village information systems, and limited specific technical training according to the field of duty. The solutions formulated to overcome the obstacles to village apparatus human resource development include strengthening HR development planning based on job needs, implementing post-training evaluations, increasing internal coaching and mentoring, and developing technical skills and public services on an ongoing basis.
