Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimization of the procurement of goods and services for ship maintenance using the auction method at PT. Pertamina International Shipping. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through interviews, observation, literature and documentation. The result obtained in this study is the impact. The results of this study indicate the efforts made by PT. Pertamina International Shipping in optimizing the procurement of goods and services for ship maintenance using the auction method, namely by creating a procurement system according to digitalization, increasing new contracts with vendors providing goods and services at home and abroad and setting price ranges in the face of fluctuations in prices of goods and services
