This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, work-life balance, and incentives on employee loyalty among private-sector employees in Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 269 private employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work-life balance have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Meanwhile, incentives do not have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence employee loyalty, as indicated by an F-value of 38.684 and a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.370 indicates that 37% of the variation in employee loyalty can be explained by leadership style, organizational culture, work-life balance, and incentives, while the remaining 63% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings suggest that organizational factors and work-life balance play an important role in enhancing employee loyalty. Therefore, companies should strengthen leadership quality, promote a positive organizational culture, and support work-life balance to improve employee loyalty sustainably.
