This study aims to analyze the analysis of the dependence of term deposit funds, funding, and operational efficiency on the stability of People's Economic Banks (BPR) in Banten Province. BPR stability is an important issue because several institutions are facing pressures related to the ability to maintain liquidity, funding structure, and efficiency of operational activities. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The research population is all conventional BPRs operating in Banten Province in the 2021–2025 period. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling based on the availability of published financial statements. The research data uses secondary data obtained through BPR published financial statements from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The independent variables of the study consisted of the dependency of term deposit funds, funding, and operational efficiency, while the dependent variable was in the form of bank stability measured using the Z-score ratio. This research is expected to provide empirical evidence on internal factors that affect the stability of BPRs and contribute to the development of regional banking financial management studies.
