Review Jurnal Peran Kepemimpinan Transformatif terhadap Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Kreatif

In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, organizations are required to continuously adapt and innovate to remain competitive, making creative human resource development an important organizational priority. This study aimed to analyze the role of transformative leadership in developing creative human resources within organizations. The study employed a literature review method by analyzing theories and previous studies related to transformational leadership, organizational innovation, and human resource creativity published between 2016 and 2026. A total of 20 national and international journal articles and books were reviewed and analyzed narratively. The findings revealed that transformative leadership plays a significant role in enhancing employee creativity, motivation, innovation, and productivity through inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, and idealized influence. Transformational leaders are also able to create an adaptive and innovative work environment that supports employee participation and idea development. However, the implementation of transformational leadership may face challenges such as organizational resistance to change and limited organizational readiness for innovation. In conclusion, transformative leadership is an effective strategy for improving the quality and competitiveness of human resources in modern organizations.
