Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven changes in human resource management, particularly in the recruitment process, which is currently increasingly moving towards a digital-based system. Digital HR transformation, digital literacy, and work culture are factors suspected of influencing recruitment effectiveness in the digital technology era. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital HR transformation, digital literacy, and work culture on recruitment at PT Jemla Ferry Merak Banten, both partially and simultaneously. The study used a quantitative method with a survey design. The study population was 92 employees with 92 respondents determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity tests, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that Digital HR Transformation had a positive and significant effect on Recruitment with a coefficient value of 0.338 and a significance of <0.001, while Digital Literacy had a positive and significant effect with a coefficient value of 0.339 and a significance of <0.001. Meanwhile, Work Culture has a positive but insignificant influence with a coefficient value of 0.030 and a significance value of 0.541. Simultaneously, HR Digital Transformation, Digital Literacy, and Work Culture have a significant influence on Recruitment with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.546. This study shows that increasing digital transformation and digital literacy are important factors in supporting the effectiveness of technology-based recruitment.
