This study investigates the influence of selected macroeconomic indicators on Bank Danamon Indonesia's Net Interest Margin (NIM) during the 2023–2025 period. The analysis focuses on three explanatory variables: inflation, interest rates, and the money supply. Using a quantitative research design, this study utilizes secondary monthly time series data sourced from official Bank Indonesia publications and Bank Danamon Indonesia's financial reports. The research sample consists of 36 observations, all of which were selected using a saturated sampling method. The data were analyzed through multiple linear regression, accompanied by classical assumption tests, partial significance tests (t-tests), simultaneous significance tests (F-tests), and coefficient of determination analysis. The results show that inflation and interest rates have a positive and significant effect on NIM, while the money supply has a significant negative effect. Furthermore, the three independent variables collectively show a significant impact on NIM. These results indicate that changes in macroeconomic conditions play a significant role in shaping banking performance, particularly in terms of Net Interest Margin formation. Therefore, maintaining macroeconomic stability is crucial to improving banking performance and preserving financial system resilience.
