Analisis Pengaruh Digitalisasi Sistem Pembayaran dan Efisiensi Pengelolaan Arus Kas Terhadap Keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro di Sektor Ritel Kota Medan

The micro-retail sector in Medan plays a crucial role in driving local economic growth but faces challenges in maintaining business sustainability in the digital age. This study aims to analyze the impact of payment system digitization and cash flow management efficiency on the sustainability of micro-retail businesses in Medan. The study employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 micro-business owners who have adopted digital payment systems such as QRIS, e-wallets, and mobile banking. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that the digitalization of payment systems and the efficiency of cash flow management have a positive and significant impact on business sustainability, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination value of 0.764 indicates that the two variables explain 76.4% of the variation in microbusiness sustainability. These findings suggest that the integration of digital payment technology and efficient cash flow management are strategic factors in strengthening the sustainability of microbusinesses in the digital economy era.
