Economic growth is a key indicator for assessing the success of regional development, which is influenced by the effectiveness of government fiscal policies. This study aims to analyze the impact of personnel expenditure, goods and services expenditure, and capital expenditure on the economic growth of Bandar Lampung City from 2011 to 2024. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance (DJKP). The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results show that, individually, personnel expenditure and capital expenditure have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, while expenditure on goods and services has a positive but insignificant effect. Simultaneously, these three government expenditure variables have a significant effect on the economic growth of Bandar Lampung City. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.543920 indicates that 54.39% of the variation in the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the research model. Thus, optimizing the allocation of government spending, particularly on productive expenditures, is crucial for driving sustainable regional economic growth.
