Model dan Praktik Manajemen Perubahan dalam Menghadapi Transformasi Digital: Literature Review

The shifting business landscape driven by technological advancements fundamentally requires organizations to reorient various operational dimensions, including technological infrastructure, corporate culture, organizational architecture, and personnel capabilities. This scientific investigation is dedicated to an in-depth examination of optimal transition management strategies in response to disruption caused by digital transformation, as well as determining the crucial determinants for achieving effectiveness. The methodological approach adopted is qualitative descriptive research, conducted through a structured and systematic literature review of ten scientific journal articles and research outputs published between 2023 and 2026. Data collection procedures were carried out using the literature documentation method, subject to selection criteria including publications in both Indonesian and English, a substantial focus on change management and digital transformation, and indexing in reputable scientific databases. Data analysis was executed through the application of thematic analysis, involving a series of steps including coding, categorization, and interpretation. The results indicate that the most effective change management strategies involve transformational leadership, participatory communication mechanisms, digital competency enhancement, and the management of a consistently adaptive organizational culture. An organizational culture that fosters innovation, agility, collaboration, and continuous learning is substantially proven to mediate the relationship between digital transformation and the enhancement of organizational capabilities. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the development of change management models within the digital era context, while also offering practical implications for organizational decision-makers in formulating roadmaps for sustainable digital transformation implementation.
