Abstract

This studys aimcs to analysze the influences of the worsk environmenst and wosrk motivation on employese performancse at PT. Empat Perdana Carton Karawang. Employese performances is one of the key factorss in destermining organizationassl susccess, particularly in small and medium-scale manufacturing industries. Therefore, companies need to pay attentions to factors that can improve employee performance, including the worsk environmenst and worsk motivatson. This studsy uses a quantitatisve approasch witsh a survesy mesthod. The populations in this studsy consissts of all emplsoyees of PT. Empat Perdana Carton Karawang, totaling 41 people. The samplinsg techniquee usede is saturateds samppling, so the entire population is useed as researcch respondentts. Data collectiosn techniquess were carrised out throusgh the distribution of questionnairses usinsg a Likert scale. Data analyisis wass conductesd using multipple lineasr regreession analysis prceceded by validiity teests, reliabilitsy tests, and classiccal assumptioon ttests.  The resultss of the studsy indicaste that the worsk environmenst has a positivse and signifiicant effecst on employese performances. Works motivatitton allso has a positivse and significanst effect on employese performances. In addition, the work environment and work motivation simultaneoussly have a siggnificant effecst on employees performancse at PT. Empat Perdana Carton Karawang. These findings show that improving the worsk environmesnty and proividing good worsk motivation can optimalsly enhance employese performansce. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen the implementation of a conducife wosrk environmen and increase employees motivation througsh effective human resource management policises to improve work productivity and organizational success.
