Abstract

In the last decade, several environmental issues have increased. Therefore, many companies are now paying attention to environmental issues. Attention is not only on the production process but on all activities including maintaining a green pattern in every construction activity. This study uses the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference method to evaluate the performance of green supply chain management in steel companies. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of productivity and improvement efforts by considering environmental performance indicators. The main activities that come out of the literature are: green operations, green design, green manufacturing, logistics flow, and waste management. This discussion also includes the main drivers of green initiatives including government compliance, customer improvement and public relations. Innovations that are implemented in the future can result in increased Business in the Company through predetermined stages
