Program Pendampingan Konsultatif Pertanahan: Koordinasi Tim Profesional untuk Koreksi Data Lokasi Tanah Customer Untuk Kepastian Hukum

Discrepancies in the documentation of land locations by land authorities constitute an administrative issue that can trigger legal uncertainty at the community level. This community service activity aims to enhance the effectiveness of a consultative land assistance program in ensuring the accuracy of plot location data through the collaboration of a multidisciplinary professional team. The method employed involves a consultative and field observation approach, featuring the review and re-measurement of land locations with the involvement of lawyers, professional surveyors, and an internal team. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation of the assistance process, and analysis of field verification results. The findings indicate that the collaboration of a professional team with diverse competencies is capable of comprehensively identifying and correcting administrative errors. This assistance program improved the accuracy of land registration data by 100% in the handled cases, while simultaneously building public trust in the land administration process. The discussion highlights the importance of effective human resource management in public service delivery, alongside transparent communication strategies to increase user trust. In conclusion, consultative assistance based on a professional team is effective in resolving data recording errors and strengthening legal certainty in land administration.
