Abstract

The availability of information media at the village office is a basic need in supporting transparent and efficient public services. This activity aims to provide visual information media in the form of service banners at the Lontio Baru Village Office, Nambo District. During the internship period from April to June 2026, it was found that residents often had difficulty understanding administrative procedures due to the lack of information media in the waiting room. Data was collected through participatory observation, unstructured interviews with three informants (the Village Head and 2 village staff), and field documentation. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a participatory approach. Through the stages of observation, coordination, design, printing, and installation, 1 unit of X-banner was produced containing information on ID card requirements, family card requirements, service hours, and service flow. The banner was installed at the entrance of the office. The results of the activity show that having banners helps people get service information on their own, reduces the frequency of repeated questions about administrative requirements, and supports a more orderly and efficient service process
