Abstract

Mathematics Olympiads for senior high school students require strong analytical reasoning skills. However, many educational institutions continue to face challenges due to the lack of well-structured coaching curricula, limited learning resources, and insufficient integration of educational technology. This community engagement initiative aimed to enhance students' competitive capacity by implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) as a continuous and adaptive learning support platform. The program was conducted at a partner senior high school in Bandar Lampung and consisted of several stages: needs assessment, platform and instructional material development, training for teachers and students, implementation of digital mentoring, and comprehensive evaluation. The outcomes demonstrated the successful provision of instructional modules, an interactive LMS platform, and intensive mentoring that had previously been unavailable. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding of fundamental National Science Olympiad (OSN) mathematics concepts, as well as enhanced collaboration through the LMS features. Although some fluctuations in assessment accuracy were observed due to differences in the evaluation instruments, the program overall succeeded in establishing an integrated technology-based mathematics coaching ecosystem.
