Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) producing chips in Kasomalang Kulon Village, Kasomalang District, Subang Regency, have significant potential to support the community's economy. However, most entrepreneurs still face various obstacles, including limited understanding of digital marketing, suboptimal use of social media as a promotional tool, limited ability to create marketing content, and rudimentary product supply chain management. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs by strengthening digital marketing literacy and understanding of product supply chain management. The activity was implemented through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages, using outreach, training, interactive discussions, and simple practical exercises. The materials provided covered the use of social media as a marketing tool, product branding strategies, promotional content creation, and supply chain management, including raw material procurement, inventory control, and product distribution. The results of the activity indicated that participants gained an increased understanding of the use of digital media for marketing, the importance of product branding, and more effective supply chain management in supporting business sustainability. Integrating digital marketing literacy and strengthening the product supply chain is a relevant empowerment strategy to increase the competitiveness of chip MSMEs, expand market reach, and support sustainable economic growth in Kasomalang Kulon Village.
