Sosialisasi Pentingnya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Mendukung Kinerja dan Membangun Tim Kerja

The increasingly dynamic work environment requires organizations to have human resources that are not only competent but also capable of collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals. One of the key factors supporting this objective is the implementation of transformational leadership. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to enhance participants’ understanding and awareness of the importance of transformational leadership in improving performance and building strong and cohesive work teams. The activity was conducted on April 27, 2026, using presentation and interactive question-and-answer methods. Approximately 30 participants attended the program, including university students, fresh graduates, practitioners, and professionals from various backgrounds. The community service partner was a financial consulting company focused on developing future leaders in the field of financial planning. The results of the program indicated that participants gained a better understanding of the concepts, benefits, and practical applications of transformational leadership within organizational settings. In addition, participants developed greater awareness of the importance of effective communication, motivation, and teamwork in supporting organizational goal achievement. The activity successfully broadened participants’ perspectives regarding the role of leaders in developing team members’ potential and creating a productive work environment. Therefore, this community service initiative made a positive contribution to strengthening leadership competencies and enhancing participants’ readiness to face various organizational and workplace challenges.
