The role of MSMEs is very significant in various regions, including in Ciawi District, Bogor, which has various types of businesses managed by MSMEs, food and beverage businesses, local crafts, and service businesses. The performance of MSMEs in this region not only influences the income of MSME actors but also makes a positive contribution to the local economy, particularly in the employment aspect. Therefore, human resource management in MSMEs requires the right approach to achieve optimal employee performance. The purpose of this community service activity is to analyze the performance of MSME employees and find solutions to improve MSME performance. The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. In addition, the method coaching and counseling Participatory training is also carried out. Counseling is carried out to provide theoretical understanding regarding SOP production, while coaching is carried out through direct assistance in the skin cracker frying area. This community service activity is able to increase employee ability to carry out production activities, improve understanding of Production SOPs, increase work attitude, as well as increase employee involvement in conveying improvement idea. The implementation of comprehensive employee development has been proven to improve functional performance, which linearly contributes to improvements in product quality and quantity. This synergy between human resource capabilities and product quality is a determining factor for the operational sustainability of MSMEs amidst market competition.
