Penguatan Kapasitas SDM Administrasi Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih Tangerang Melalui Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Digital

Enhancing the capacity of hospital administrative human resources (HR) is crucial in supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services. Hospitals are required to provide administrative services that are fast, efficient, and accurate through the use of integrated digital information systems. However, the implementation of these systems often faces challenges, particularly due to the limited competencies of administrative staff in operating technology and Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS). This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of administrative staff at Bhakti Asih Tangerang Hospital in utilizing digital information systems. The activity was conducted on February 27, 2025, with 25 participants from the registration, medical records, and finance units. The methods used included interactive lectures, discussions, simulations, and evaluations using pretest and posttest. The training materials covered hospital administration concepts, administrative digitalization, HMIS, and technology-based work efficiency. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' knowledge, with the average score of hospital administration understanding increasing from 6.4 to 12.6 (96.8%), and knowledge of digital information systems and HMIS improving by 32% and 33%, respectively. More than 78% of participants were able to successfully follow the digital system simulation, and the participant satisfaction level reached ≥4 on a 1–5 scale.
