Abstract

Abstract. This study investigates to analyze the influence of top management commitment,
corporate social responsibility (CSR), and organizational culture on the implementation of green
human resource management (GHRM) in restaurant business units operating within the
hospitality sector in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research employed a quantitative
approach using a questionnaire that had met the validity and reliability requirements as the
research instrument. Data were collected online through Google Forms from 112 respondents
selected using a census sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using logistic
regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS version 25. The results indicate that top management
commitment, CSR, and organizational culture have significant effects on the implementation of
GHRM, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination shows that these three
independent variables collectively explain 40.6% of the variation in GHRM implementation, while
the remaining 59.4% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings
suggest that the successful implementation of GHRM in the restaurant industry is strongly
influenced by managerial commitment, CSR practices, and an organizational culture that supports
sustainable human resource management practices.
