Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Siswa : Kajian Literatur Intervensi Pembelajaran dan Bimbingan Konseling

This article discusses the importance of learning motivation in improving students’ academic achievement and various effective intervention strategies based on a literature review. Learning motivation is not only a determinant of learning outcomes but is also influenced by family environment, learning models, and the use of learning media. This study uses a literature review method by examining 15 relevant studies focusing on the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement as well as efforts to enhance motivation. The findings indicate that learning motivation has a positive and significant relationship with students’ academic achievement. Interventions such as achievement motivation training and brief solution-focused group counseling have been proven effective in increasing learning motivation. However, excessive gaming and uncontrolled use of social networks can reduce students’ motivation to learn. Therefore, enhancing learning motivation needs to be carried out comprehensively through family support, appropriate learning strategies, and structured counseling services.
