Organizational changes in the era of globalization and digital transformation require leadership models that are more adaptive, collaborative, and grounded in a scientific understanding of human behavior. Leadership effectiveness is not only influenced by managerial competence but also by a leader’s ability to build social influence, empathy, and positive interpersonal relationships with organizational members. This study aims to analyze the relationship between social influence and leadership effectiveness through the integration of organizational behavior and neuroscience perspectives. The method used in this study is a literature review by analyzing various relevant scientific studies related to leadership, social influence, and neuroscience findings concerning human cognitive and emotional processes. The results indicate that social influence plays an important role in improving leadership effectiveness through interpersonal communication, the development of trust, and leaders’ emotional intelligence. In addition, the neuroscience perspective explains that neurological activities related to empathy, emotional regulation, and decision-making influence a leader’s ability to motivate and guide organizational members. The integration of organizational behavior and neuroscience provides a more comprehensive understanding of effective leadership mechanisms in modern organizations.
