In Arabic, erroes in a single letter or sentence greatly affect the meaning contained within it. In this study, the researcher analyzes students writing errors from the perspective of Nahwu (Arabic grammar) in the subject of Insya’ (composition). Nahwu is the subject of Insya’. Nahwu is the branch of knowledge that studies sentence structure and how to construct sentences in accordance with correct grammatical rules. This research is motivated by various problems found by the researcher among 10th grade students at Ulil Albab Ngawi. The researcher discovered several errors in writing sentences and letters that do not conform to proper Nahwu rules. This study aims to identify the causes and types of Nahwu errors found in the writings of 10th grade students at Ulil Albab Ngawi in the 2025-2026 academic year.Determine solutions that can prevent wrting errors made by 10th grade students at Ulil Albab Ngawi in the 2025-2026 academic year. In this research, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method.To obtain the necessary data, the researcher do the observation, interviews, and documentation techniques.Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman model, which includes three mainsteps. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that the most frequent in the writings of 10th grade students in the insya’ subject at Ulil Albab Ngawi in the 2025-2026 academis year are first, overgeneralization, and second idnorance of rule restrictions.In this completed research, the researcher acknowledges that there are still many shortcomings and limitations.
