This study aims to comprehensively examine the role of Physical Quotient (PQ), Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) in improving the work quality of nurses at Hospital X in Wonogiri Regency as an effort to support the delivery of optimal healthcare services. The research employed a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and documentation related to nurses' work activities. The collected data were analyzed using the Manual Data Analysis Procedure, while source triangulation and member checking were applied to ensure the validity and credibility of the research findings. The results indicate that PQ, IQ, EQ, and SQ are interconnected in establishing a holistic work balance through the fulfillment of physical performance, intellectual competence, emotional maturity, and spiritual well-being among nurses. This holistic balance serves as a crucial factor in maintaining professional performance, enhancing patient satisfaction, and continuously supporting the positive reputation of the hospital.
