This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate and work-life balance on organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees of the Wholesale Transaction Product & Partnership Division at BNI 46 Head Office, Sudirman Jakarta. This research is grounded in Social Exchange Theory, which explains that reciprocal relationships between employees and organizations can foster positive work attitudes such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study using a survey approach. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work-life balance does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction but has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment, while it does not mediate the relationship between work-life balance and organizational commitment.These findings imply that organizations need to prioritize the creation of a supportive organizational climate to enhance employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
