The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. The method used is a descriptive quantitative research method, with a population of 237 students and a sample taken of 25% so that the sample for this research is 59 students using Random Sampling techniques. The instrument used in this research used a closed questionnaire of 33 questions, of which 20 questionnaire items were for variable X and 20 items were for variable Y which had been tested on 33 students outside the research sample. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya. 1) Test the relationship between rcount > rtable, namely 0.574>0.226; 2) Significant test tcount>ttable, namely 5.292>2.021; 3) Determination test, namely 32.94%; 4) The regression equation is obtained from Y ̂= 14.91+0.69X ; 5) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable = (α= 0.05, dk numerator k = 19, dk denominator = n-2 = 59-2 = 57) namely 27.87> 1.40. Thus Ha, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the Social Competence of Christian Religious Education Teachers on Student Learning Motivation in class XI of SMK Negeri 1 Raya is accepted and H0 is rejected.

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence of the Talking Stick learning model and the learning motivation of class VIII students at SMP N 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a pre-experimental designs research type in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population was all Protestant Christian students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung consisting of 4 classes totaling 121 students and a sample of 31 people was determined using purposive sampling. Data was collected using a closed questionnaire with 30 items. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on the learning motivation of Christian Religious Education students and character in class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year as evidenced by the significant test obtained by the value tcount > ttable (α=0 .05; dk=n-1=30) which is 7.197 > 2.042, thus there is a significant influence between variable X and variable Y. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is that there is a positive and significant influence on the Talking Stick learning model on learning motivation students of Christian Religious Education and character education in class VIII of SMP Negeri 4 Tarutung for the 2023/2024 academic year were accepted.

This study aims to identify and analyze language errors in beauty product advertisements on the Instagram account of MS Glow Beauty. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through screenshots of various advertisement posts from the account. The analysis focused on identifying spelling errors, grammatical inaccuracies, and language interference within the advertisement content. The findings revealed significant language errors, including inappropriate word usage, incorrect sentence structures, and inconsistent mixing of Indonesian and English. This research examines the lobbying and negotiation strategies in building trust in Hydro Coco's sponsorship as an isotonic drink. The method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study approach. The findings showed that Hydro Coco implemented marketing strategies through proper segmentation, targeting, and positioning. The performance strategy was applied by sending creative proposals to the event organizers, while negotiations focused on unveiling the logo and product sections at the event. Hydro Coco also used various promotional tactics such as offering free samples, product bonuses, price discounts, personal selling, and direct marketing. This study concludes that effective lobbying and negotiation strategies can increase sponsorship trust and increase consumer loyalty to Hydro Coco products.

The steps in efforts to overcome flood disasters are starting to seek aspirations and attracting community sympathy in protecting and preserving the surrounding environment, increasing community awareness, then instilling the values of deliberation and consensus, fostering the values of mutual cooperation and cooperation, mingling and helping fellow local residents to maintain one condition and another. This research is quantitative research. The purpose of this research is to determine the significant influence of the SQ3R method on students' Reading Comprehension Ability. The research design used in this research is Quasi Experimental Design. The sample used in this research used a non-probability sampling technique with a sample size of 40 students. This research data collection uses observation and tests. The results of this research indicate that the SQ3R method influences the reading comprehension ability of class V students at SD Negeri 1 Made Lamongan. Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test with the results of the t-test of 2 paired samples (Paired Samples), a significance value of 0.046 was obtained. Based on the test criteria if the Sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, the significance value is 0.046 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of the SQ3R method on students' reading comprehension skills. The implementation of learning using the SQ3R method is carried out with very good criteria. an average of 95%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work atmosphere and interpersonal conflict on employee performance at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). The research population includes all employees of Dukcapil Surakarta, totaling 74 people. The variables studied include work atmosphere, interpersonal conflict, and employee performance. Data collection was conducted through a combination of primary and secondary data. Primary data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through documentation. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling method with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach, and data processing was done using SmartPLS software. The results showed that. Tanjung Harapan Village has various potential natural and human resources that can be optimized to increase PAD. However, Tanjung Harapan Village faces various challenges in optimizing the potential of natural and human resources in the village. The problems faced include limited resources, low capacity of village officials. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Harapan Village government in an effort to increase PADes. This research aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Tanjung Harapan Village government, Singkep District, Lingga Regency, in an effort to increase Village Original Income (PADes). Highlighting the importance of PADes as a source of financing for village development and improving community welfare. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interview techniques with village officials and community leaders, participatory observation of village resource management activities, as well as documentation studies related to village financial policies and reports. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques which included data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification to ensure the validity of the findings. The results reveal that the Tanjung Harapan Village government has implemented several main strategies to improve PADes, namely optimizing natural resources through more effective management, increasing the capacity and competency of village officials through training and continuous education.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of domestic waiting room service facilities on passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung and how big the influence is. This study uses a quantitative method with a research location at PT. Angkasa Pura II Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung, precisely in the domestic waiting room area at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. Surveys and observations are data collection techniques in this study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the correlation table analysis of 0.764 using the interpretation of the r value are> 0.5 - 0.583 = strong correlation, it can be interpreted that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it shows the results that passenger satisfaction is influenced by service facilities, while the results of hypothesis testing in the study provide results that the magnitude of the influence of variable X (service facilities) on variable Y (passenger satisfaction) shows strong results by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.764 with a determination coefficient of 58.3%. with the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not studied by researchers such as eligibility, availability, cleanliness and other elements.

The use of social media, especially Instagram, has become a widely utilized platform for promoting tourist destinations. Instagram @tanjongtinggi_official is one such social media channel used by Tanjung Tinggi Beach for promotion. Through the use of photo and video features on Instagram, it becomes easier to promote Tanjung Tinggi Beach to tourists who are not yet familiar with it. This research aims to explore the promotional planning through the @tanjongtinggi_official account in increasing tourist visits to Tanjung Tinggi Beach in Belitung. The research method employs qualitative research to elucidate the uniqueness of @tanjongtinggi_official on Instagram in promoting its tourism. This study adopts a case study design. Data collection is conducted through observation and interviews, with informant selection using purposive sampling technique. Interviews are conducted with key informants, namely the admin of @tanjongtinggi_official and Instagram users who have visited Tanjung Tinggi Beach. Data analysis utilizes the Interactive Model technique, and validity is ensured through triangulation of data collection techniques including informant interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the planning carried out by the @tanjongtinggi_official Instagram account utilizes visually appealing content presentation and captions, leverages the following feature on Instagram, relevant hashtag usage, photo postings, reposts, mentions, tagged photos, and active interaction with followers to facilitate the promotion of Tanjung Tinggi Beach to tourists, thereby increasing tourist interest in visiting.

While the object of this research concerns playing technique skills such as: passing, shooting, dribbling, ball control, and heading.It can be concluded from the results of the analysis of the Manchester City team in five matches in the UEFA Champions League season 2022-2023, namely: The average percentage of the most dominant and best techniques used by the Manchester City team is passing 564 times (88%%), shooting 17 times (54%), dribbling 26 times (62%), ball control 427 times (96%) and heading 21 times (53%), The most dominant technique used by the Manchester City team in the five matches was the passing technique 2,818 times and the ball control technique was the technique that had the highest quality (96%) compared to other techniques, The average percentage of Manchester City team techniques against all opponents, seen from the percentage of playing technique skills, the Manchester City Team excels in all playing techniques such as passing (by 6%), shooting (by 20%), dribbling (by 16%), ball control (by 2%) and heading (by 6%). Based on statistical data on all playing technique skills of the Manchester City team and their opponents, overall (first half, second half and full time) the percentage of Manchester City team playing techniques only lost in one aspect of the technique, namely heading techniques (by 1% in the second half) the rest were able to excel, both in the first half, second half, and in full time, this proves that the percentage of successful passing, shooting, dribbling, ball possession and heading techniques can have an influence on the final result of the match. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Indonesian language in teaching Physical Education and its impact on the effectiveness of learning in students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program. The use of Indonesian language as a medium of instruction is expected to improve students' understanding of concepts, involvement, and active participation in academic activities. This study collected data through observations and questionnaires distributed to third-semester students. The results of the study indicate that the effective use of Indonesian language in teaching physical education, health, and recreation contributes positively to students' understanding of the material, increases involvement in class discussions, and facilitates better communication between lecturers and students. These findings provide important insights for the development of teaching strategies at the higher education level, especially to improve the quality of learning in the field of Physical Education.

This research aims to analyze the operation of the Cargo Hold Bilges System in preventing flooding on MVs. Meratus Malino. Researchers conducted this research while conducting a Sea Practitioner (PRALA) for 12 months starting from January 29 2023 to February 5 2024 on board the MV. Meratus Malino is a container carrier type ship managed by the shipping company PT. The Meratus Line operates domestic shipping services on the route Jakarta-Surabaya-Makassar-Bitung-Anggrek (North Gorontalo)-Surabaya-Jakarta-Bawean-Jakarta-Semarang. The population in this study was the MV crew. Merastus Malino consisted of 20 people, while the sample was the crew of the MV ship. Meratus Malino who is in charge or has responsibility for operating the Cargo Hold Bilges System totals 16 people consisting of the MV deck crew. Meratus Malino totaling 9 people and MV engine crew. Meratus Malino numbered 7 people. This research method uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach, while for the data source the researcher uses secondary data sources, while the data collection instruments are questionnaires, field studies and interviews. The results of this research show that in operating the Cargo hold Bilges system, a system and several components such as the bilge pump, ejector, seachast valve, injection valve connected to the bilge pump and hydraulic valve are needed which can function properly and more optimally in ship operational activities. . And to prevent flooding in the hold, it is necessary to check the hold regularly and if you see standing water in the hold, immediately make an order to empty the hatch so that the hatch is dry and the cargo remains protected from flooding in the hold.

The aim of this research is to find out what obstacles are faced by PT. Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya in implementing ship crew recruitment strategies. This implementation was carried out at the PT. Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya office, during which the author carried out ground practice (PRADA) from August 2023 to February 2024. The source of data obtained was primary data which was directly obtained from the research site by means of observation, direct interviews with company employees as well as secondary data sources, namely literature related to the title of the thesis. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of ship crew recruitment at PT Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya contained several obstacles which resulted in the ship crew recruitment process being slow. At PT Lotus Prakasa Lines Surabaya, among other things, crew selection that is in accordance with the owner's request is not yet timely, certificates and crew documents that have expired or are close to expiring before the contract expires, and communication between Lotus and the owner is slow due to the time difference between Indonesia and overseas.

Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) education has a very important role in shaping a smart, creative and innovative generation, in line with Indonesia's national education goals. This article explores the contribution of MIPA in improving the quality of education in Indonesia, especially through the development of critical and analytical thinking skills. This research uses a literature study method with a qualitative descriptive approach, and is supported by interviews with teachers in East Kalimantan. The results showed that MIPA learning can help learners develop scientific skills and form positive characters such as honesty, consistency and logical thinking. In addition, teachers, principals and parents have a crucial role in supporting the improvement of education quality. With the synergy of various parties, the integration of MIPA materials is expected to realize the goals of national education, namely creating a society that is intelligent, noble, and ready to face global challenges.
